OASIS® Floral Adhesive
Best for: fresh flower wearables, corsages, boutonnieres, wristlets, floral jewelry, and small accents.
Key tips: Use a small amount, apply to both surfaces when possible, hold briefly until tacky, and let dry before placing in the cooler. Works best on clean, dry materials.
OASIS® UGLU™ Adhesive
Best for: instant, tape-like grip when attaching mechanics, backs, accents, or materials to forms.
Key tips: Apply, peel liner, and press firmly. Cut with serrated scissors. Lightly wet or oil scissors to help prevent sticking.
FLORALOCK™ Plus Stem Adhesive
Best for: locking stems into floral foam for bouquets, deliveries, sympathy work, and event designs.
Key tips: Insert spray tube into the foam and spray in short bursts. Apply in several areas for better hold. Avoid over-saturating.
Adhesive Success Basics
Adhesives work best on clean, dry surfaces. Avoid using on damp, cold, hot, dusty, or oily materials. Let flowers warm slightly after removing from the cooler before gluing.
Avoid Floral Adhesive On:
Wet floral foam, heavy frameworks, very wet or sappy stems, fragile petals, designs exposed directly to water, fresh food surfaces, or extreme hot/cold conditions.
Mix Your Mechanics
Adhesives are a great time-saver, but they do not replace every traditional design technique. For heavier flowers, structural support, delicate placements, or designs that need extra security, wiring and taping may still be essential.
